Today, more and more people are experiencing anxiety and depression for a variety of reasons. These issues do not just refer to major psychological or mental illnesses but are negative emotions that most people will encounter and need to address in their daily lives. The question of how to effectively alleviate and enhance people's emotions is one that needs to be considered and is the subject of my research project. The aim of this project is to explore the connection between music and emotions, and through integrating it with design, discover and investigate how to express and display it in a way that can enhance emotions and alleviate negative feelings.
